I'm a product designer. The problems I work on tend to be ambiguous, contested across stakeholders, and shaped by regulation.

I take responsibility for the whole thing, not just my slice. Care means staying with a problem after it stops being interesting, and treating the details as the work itself rather than polish on top.

I paint occasionally and do crafts, mentor sometimes.
